The American Chemical Society Summer School on Green Chemistry &
Sustainable Energy is a weeklong residential program open to graduate
students and postdoctoral scholars studying in the Americas. Participants
will explore scientific solutions to global sustainability challenges, including sustainable energy, through a curriculum that includes presentations by
green chemistry and sustainable energy experts, poster sessions, collaborative projects, and discussions on the roles of science and technology in solving global sustainability challenges.
The 2018 program will be held on the campus of the Colorado School of
Mines in Golden from July 10–17. Coach-class airfare, ground transportation,
shared on-campus housing, meals, and all program costs are provided
to participants. International attendees will be reimbursed for the cost
