Airport & Ground Transportation
Boston Logan International Airport, the largest airport in
the New England region, is an international airport in East
Boston, Massachusetts, 3 miles from downtown Boston. The
ground transportation system at the airport is an extensive
network of public transit, taxicab, and shuttle services.
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA)
Silver Line is complimentary from Logan Airport and stops
at the Seaport/World Trade Center Stop just across the street
from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC).
Take the Silver Line back to the airport for only $2.75.
Taxi service is available from Logan International Airport at
each terminal on the Arrivals Level (curbside) to downtown.
Approximate fare to a downtown destination is $25–$45.
Please note that trips to the airport include a $2.75 surcharge,
and trips from the airport include a surcharge of $2.25 and
$5.25 for tolls. The trip takes approximately 10 minutes. Cost
estimations for taxis do not include gratuities or tolls.
Traveling to Meeting Venues
The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) is located at 415 Summer St., Boston, MA 02210.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the
BCEC and official ACS hotels, with the exception of hotels
within walking distance.
Valet parking is available during most events for $30.00. To
access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive; the
valet area will be on your immediate right. Cash and all major
credit cards are accepted.
BCEC South Parking Lot: ($18.00, but $36.00 for oversized
vehicles). From Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive,
drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side
of the building. At the end of the building, make a right, and
go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left to arrive at the entrance to the South Parking Lot.
Please note: Parking is limited at the BCEC and is available
on a first-come, first-served basis. For certain events, if the
South Lot is full, attendees might be directed to an offsite
Alternate Parking: In the event that onsite parking has
reached capacity, additional parking might be available at
either the Boston Marine Industrial Park (BMIP) Garage or at
the lots on the Waterfront. All alternate parking lots operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are within walking
distance of the BCEC.
